The website www.sloulisbon.com is owned by LIMA & VINENT, Limited Company, located at Rua Nova da Trindade 22E, 1200-303 Lisbon, Portugal, registered at the Commercial Registry Office under the sole registry and tax identification number of 510533043, hereinafter designated by the commercial brand “SLOU”.

According to Law nr. 67/98, from October 26th, about Personal Data Protection, we inform that the use of personal data collected at www.sloulisbon.com is of the responsibility of SLOU, located in the address reffered to in 1 (one).
Data collected on this website is meant for order processing and communicating with Customers, processing information requests and eventual complaints, statistical analysis as well as direct marketing.
All Customers have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose their data. If you wish to, at any time, cease to be in the database, you may do so by contacting the addresses shown in 1 (one).
SLOU is registered with the National Committee For Data Protection.
The Customer expressly authorizes SLOU to send information about products and services which might be of the Customer’s interest, utilizing its personal data for direct marketing through any means of communication, namely electronic mail, SMS, MMS or other automated calling procedures. SLOU will not sell or share its client databse with third parties.

8. On-line orders
For purchasing through the site www.sloulisbon.com you do not need to register as a Client and may do so without an account.
SLOU informs that prices charged in www.sloulisbon.com are exclusive to the SLOU Online Shop and that prices in physical SLOU shops may vary.
Retail prices are presented in euros. Due VAT is included in all prices for purchases within the European Union.
Shipping costs shall be assumed by the Customer and added to the total price of products selected. The Customer will be informed of these charges and prices before confirming the request and completing the buying process.
As soon as your purchase is finished, you will receive an automated e-mail to confirm the transaction. If the data is not correct you can immediately ask for its amendment, or even the annulment of the purchase.
The purchase of products marketed in www.sloulisbon.com accepts the following forms of payment:
• Visa Card, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Maestro: the customer must supply all required data. In case the payment platform informs of the non-acceptance of payment, your order will be canceled automatically.
• Paypal: by selecting this payment method, you will be redirected PayPal’s page.
NOTE: When paying with Paypal, any invoincing address chosen previously will be ignored because only the address registered with Paypal can be used for invoicing.
9. Product availability
SLOU’s online product catalog is independent of its physical stores, both in prices and stock quantities.
SLOU only handles an order placed by a Customer after the respective payment confirmation, therefore SLOU cannot guarantee product availability until the beginning of the above-mentioned process.
Any delay in the dispatch of products, in contrast with the estimated dates of delivery, does not give the Customer any right to compensation.

11. Cancellations, exchanges and returns
The Customer may cancel the order at any time until the order is delivered, with a right to reimbursement of all amounts paid. From when an order is received, the Customer may exercise the right of free resolution under the terms and conditions legally foreseen below, in particular, in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
In accordance with the provisions of the Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the amendments conferred by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10 March and by Law no. 46/2012, of 29 August), relating to electronic commerce, SLOU reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error occurs or there is a malfunction of the SLOU computers, as well as if the contract proposal gets deformed at its destination and the error relates to an essential element of the contract.
Within the framework of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, SLOU allows the exchange or return (resolution of the contract) of products, within 14 days from the date of their reception by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to provide any motive.
In order to exercise the right of free resolution, the Customer has to communicate, in any SLOU store or using the contacts listed above in Condition 1, its decision to terminate this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, letter sent by mail, fax or email).
SLOU reserves the right to retain reimbursement until the returned goods are received.
The Customer must return the products no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which SLOU was informed of the free resolution of the contract.
In returning and exchanging products, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:
- Returning of the articles in good condition, with original packaging complete and accompanied by the respective original invoice;
- No exchanges or returned are accepted for products manufactured according to Customer specifications or clearly personalized
SLOU does not accept the exchange or return of used goods
After contacting SLOU, you will be given directions for the return, namely the return form, and the article must be properly packaged, with original packaging, and sent to the address referred to in 1 (a).
Final Note : there will be no charge for the exchange of an article for a different size/number, however the exchange is subject to existing stock. Shipping costs are also free for the new item, with the exception of any taxes or fees to be paid out of the European Union.
12. Consumer Goods Guarantee and After-Sales Service
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May, all goods sold by SLOU are covered by a guarantee of conformity of the goods for the warranty period provided for in the law.
If the product purchased is defective, the Customer should report the situation to the SLOU Customer Support, stating order number and a description of the defect. The cost of the return or collection of articles within the warranty period will be assumed by SLOU.
After receiving the product, SLOU will verify the claim and, in any proven case of lack of conformity, the product will be replaced or returned. In this case, SLOU will replace the article and ship it to the Customer’s address at no additional cost.
